Since 2005, James Alberts has focused on property management and residential sales. Career History / Professional Recognition James started his professional career working for a large retail chain holding various positions in operations and marketing. He went on to franchise several retail stores and developed an independent market during which time he gained extensive experience in lease negotiations, construction and tenant improvements. James was involved in the franchise community as Past-President of the San Diego and California Franchise Associations. He has testified on behalf of franchisees before a congressional committee and was a delegate to The White House Conference on Small Business. Having grown up with parents who were real estate investors, James has a good foundation and depth of knowledge in the acquisition and management of real estate.
